Here's what I'm thankful for this week:
{one} This is a serious one... my dad works the night shift and on his way home last night he hit a horse that was in the middle of the highway. You read that right, a HORSE. Going 65 miles an hour. The horse pushed in his windshield and landed in the truck bed. His truck is totaled. The highway patrolman told him that he's very lucky, that a horse normally goes completely through a windshield. I'm just so very thankful that my dad's ok. I'm sure he'll be sore when he wakes up this afternoon, but it could have been so much worse.
{two} Fun with friends! Saturday morning we had a blast running The Color Run! We were on team "Colors for Mayberry" in honor of
Mia's brother, Christian.
